• UK orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail.

Delivery Time

• Standard UK Delivery: 5–10 business days

• International Shipping: Currently unavailable — we only deliver within the UK at this time.

Shipping Fees

• Flat rate: £4.99 per order

Tracking
If your order includes tracking, details will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns under the conditions below:

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

How to Return

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7 working days via your original payment method.
